Programming 1060BC2 Charter Remote:

Also called the ‘Spectrum Remote’, the 1060BC2 Charter remote is accompanied by, ’To Do’ installations. Installations that needed to be carried out by the buyer.

Your remote is most likely to be a 1060BC2 Charter Remote, in case you have a Charter Spectrum TV box installed. The 1060BC2 remote comes with various skills like winding the tape of a show on your TV to fast forward, record, pause, or even rewind the show.

To program your 1060BC2 remote follow the below steps:

Step-1 Press the button on the remote that corresponds to the device which you want to set up with the remote.

Step-2 Next, press the ‘SETUP’ button and hold it till the LED on the remote flashes two times.

Programming UE C4000/S4000 Remote:

The UE C4000/S4000 is a known universal remote which can be used to control many devices like TV, DVD, and various Audio devices.

To program your UE C4000/S4000 remote follow the below steps:

Step-1 Press the button on the remote that corresponds to the device which you want to set up with the remote.

Step-2 Next, press and hold the ‘SETUP’ button till the LED light on the remote illuminates twice.

Step-3 Now, enter the code for your device (i.e. your TV, DVD or Audio device). You can locate the code in the UE4000/S4000 remote user manual which is available on the Charter Spectrum website.

Step-4 To check the code, press on the power button. Once the device is turned on, use different functions to confirm that the remote is perfectly set up with the device.

Step-5 If it doesn’t switches on or off or if any of the function of the remote is not working, try repeating the above steps using a different code from the manual.
